What if I cannot open a PDF document?

It is possible you may not have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat. Please click on the following link to verify you have downloaded the current version.

What if I forgot my Username or Password?

Click here and provide the email address you used to register. Your Username and Password will be emailed to you (instantly, depending on system performance).

What if I cannot access a specific report?

Authorization is required to view reports. For report viewing access please contact us at (Phone 1-800-741-4216, Option 3 or Email: reply@allstatedealerservices.com.)

Why do reports downloaded in Excel not open in the new window?

Based on your browser settings, Excel reports may trigger a pop-up window which prompts you to either Save or Open the file. Selecting Save will allow you to save the report to your computer. Selecting Open will open the file in the Excel application.

What happened to an existing report link that I used to run?

As we are constantly updating the Credit Portal with new reports, older or less frequently used reports may no longer have a direct link on the main page. To access a report, please use the Report section located on the right.
