Guided Producer Setup (GPS) is an electronic tool from Allstate Dealer Services (ADS) that streamlines the process of registering new dealers

GPS automatically populates the required forms, verifies that the information entered is correct, and then stores the document online so it can be accessed in the future. Plus, once the dealer's information is entered into GPS they can begin selling immediately!

Why GPS?


  • It's much faster than submitting paper! Time is money and GPS will save agents a lot of time. Simply step-through the GPS wizard, answer the questions and all of the forms are populated automatically.
  • Never miss a form again! The GPS tool takes the guesswork out of which forms are required to sign up a new dealer. Just answer the questions on screen and GPS does the rest.
  • Dot your I's and cross your T's! GPS validates data as it is entered to ensure setup forms are not returned due to missing information.
  • Keep your forms in the "cloud"! GPS allows you to create, edit and store your dealer setup information online. The documents can be accessed anywhere, anytime to enter additional information or print a hard copy.

  • In order to access GPS, please sign in with your user id and password.

    Then choose "View Producers" under the Guided Producer Setup heading on the home page of allstatedealerservices.com.

How are forms populated in GPS?

It's as easy as stepping through the simple GPS wizard. Once in the wizard, answer all the presented questions, and the forms are populated automatically. It's much faster than submitting paper!
